Travel Guide For La Costa Brava

Passing Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar is another place that is worth making a stop. This is the only coastal walled city which currently can be found in Catalonia. After this wall, there are endless alleys worthwhile to go, until the old lighthouse on top.
Another place to see is Sant Feliu de Guixols, with an impressive Benedictine monastery and excellent views.Some of the best creeks in the area are those of Llafranc and Tamariu, Calella additional to, a place that offers summer concerts Havaneres, which are old sea shanties. Reaching the coast altoampurdanesa you will find the Bay of Roses, which extends to Cape Creus, another of the places to be visited. Near here is the interesting archaeological site Empúries, the medieval quarter of Castello d’Empuriabrava Empúries and urbanization, which are 30 miles of navigable canals.
The Cabo de Creus is also a natural park, and is undoubtedly one of the most indomitable of all the Costa Brava. Cadaques, a real gem, is one of the most popular locations, and in this zone landscapes and coves that often can only be reached by sea.
